The new Gold Standard ergometer – Smarter, Better, Stronger!
With its unbeatable accuracy and reliability, the Excalibur Sport has proven itself as The Gold Standard in Ergometry ever since 1985. However, the world keeps spinning and developments never stop. That is why we now proudly present the new Lode Excalibur Sport: Smarter, Better and Stronger! Still true to its heritage but combined with innovative new features to meet the latest and future requirements of modern sports medicine and research to allow athletes to become stronger and better with smarter use of human performance technology.
Extreme workload range of 10 – 3000 watt
This extraordinary peak workload is extremely suitable for sports medicine and testing the strongest athletes on their anaerobic power or isokinetic capacity. Combined with the low start workload of 10 Watt this Excalibur will fit everybody.
The new Lode Excalibur Sport ergometer is an essential part of a sports medicine or research lab, since it can be used to test all types of athletes. The ergometer allows for various tests, like a Wingate sprint test, Isokinetic tests, High Intensity Tests (HIT) and time trials. Moreover, it can also be used for CPET testing and bike fitting.
This Excalibur sport has built-in modified strain gauge technology that measures forces exerted on the pedals during exercise and is supplied with angle detection. Independent measurements of forces in both left and right crank are possible. Wireless transmission of the measured forces to the PC by bluetooth.
Measurement every 2 degrees
The accuracy of the PFM during the total revolution is obtained by the placement of highly specific strain gauges in the crank axis making it possible to measure the pedal force every 2 degrees during each revolution during the exercise test.

Delivering Confidence and Simplicity during Neuromuscular Blockade
TetraGraph is a quantitative neuromuscular transmission monitor based on electromyography (EMG). The TetraGraph monitor stimulates, measures, analyzes and displays muscle function in surgical patients receiving neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs). NMBAs are used in almost 50% of surgical cases. Inadequate reversal of NMBAs can lead to residual neuromuscular blockade (RNMB). RNMB delays recovery and can lead to life-threatening complications. To prevent complications, quantitative neuromuscular monitoring is rapidly becoming the standard of care when NMBAs are administered.
Meeting the needs of both medical staff and patient
The Vivo 65 is designed to meet the needs both of medical staff and a wide range of patients. It combines comfortable and controllable ventilation with excellent monitoring capabilities to potentially reduce readmissions to acute care facilities.
The Vivo 65 is an advanced homecare ventilator designed to deliver secure and comfortable (life-support) treatment to adult and pediatric patients from 5 kg. The Vivo 65 can be used for a wide variety of patients thanks to a comprehensive set of modes, circuits and accessories.
The dual limb circuit allows for measurement of exhaled volumes providing additional security. The extensive moni- toring capabilities help obtain a better insight into the quality of ventilation. The Vivo 65 is an excellent choice for mechanical ventilation at home, in the hospital and in long- term care facilities. The Vivo 65 is prepared for connection to Breas cloud solutions.

Medisorb™ CO2 Absorbent
The Medisorb™ CO2 absorbent product line supports GE Healthcare anesthesia machines. Available in a wide range of sizes and styles, it is specifically designed to help change out absorbers simply. It is also available in a low-alkaline formulation, Medisorb™ EF.
As Medisorb™ soda lime becomes exhausted, it changes colour from white to violet. With the Medisorb™ EF EX, this colour change is longer lasting, thus helping to identify previously used absorbent. The Medisorb™ EF EX will also turn violet if desiccated. Note: Colour indication is not a definitive guide to remaining absorbent life and should always be used in conjunction with CO2 monitoring.
